bbdt Terms and Conditions

bbdt (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "the Platform") is an online gaming service provider in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bbdt and our users (hereinafter referred to as "you", "user" or "member").

These terms apply to all bbdt services, including sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, baccarat and all other gaming features. In addition, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form an integral part of these terms.

bbdt reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use our platform after any change is made will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms.

bbdt may at any time request the necessary documents for age verification (National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate). Failure to prove age may result in the account being suspended or closed.

To use services on bbdt, you must create an account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.1 Number of Accounts

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found (using the same device, IP address or payment method), all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbdt may conduct identity and address verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Until this process is completed, deposits, withdrawals or gaming features may be restricted.

All transactions on bbdt are processed through a fully secure and encrypted method. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is completed.

bbdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• The bbdt welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• To withdraw the bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may benefit from each promotion a maximum of one time.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• bbdt reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

All games on bbdt are conducted fairly and transparently. The specific rules for each game are stated within the game itself. Keep the following in mind regarding general gaming rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If the outcome of a game is undetermined due to a technical error, the game in question will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• bbdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any game or service if necessary.
• bbdt will not be held liable for disconnections during a game — in such cases, the outcome will be determined according to the pre-established rules.
• Betting limits are specified within each game and bbdt may change these limits at any time.

• Attempting to cheat, defraud or hack the system.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Betting using a third party's account or betting on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated or robotic software, bots or similar technology.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, intimidating or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our live chat support. Before closing your account, all pending bets should be settled and any valid balance should be withdrawn.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bbdt

bbdt may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to verify age or being identified as an underage person.
• Participation in fraud or prohibited activities.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

If bbdt closes an account and you have not violated any rules, your valid balance will be returned.

bbdt never sells your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with the relevant authorities where legally required, for fraud prevention or for the purpose of combating financial crime.

• Security issues relating to your own device or network.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks or any event beyond bbdt's control.
• Loss resulting from sharing your login details with others.
• Any financial loss resulting from gaming.

bbdt's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the current balance in your account.

If any part of these terms is declared illegal or invalid by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
